Question
Whose property are the wild kudus and other wild animals on a farm belonging to someone? These animals roam from one location to the other. They have not been bought and let loose by the farmer on his farm.
Answer
Wild animals do not belong to the owner of the farm/land. Whoever captures them, is their owner. Only wild animals bought by the farmer belong to him.
