What is the ruling regarding kuffaar eating styles (eating with knife and fork, and from tables, etc.), and kuffaar dress styles for a Muslim who has been born in western culture? For the rest of his life these styles were norms for him.
Answer
It is Waajib to abandon western eating styles as well as western dress even if these were the norms since birth. Once one is made aware, it will no longer be permissible to emulate the kuffaar by adhering to their ways of life.
