What is the ruling pertaining to fruit growing on trees in a qabrustaan or a Musjid ground? The fruit is left to rot. No one takes it.
Answer
The fruit on trees in Waqf land depends on the niyyat of the Waaqif. If this is not known and the fruit is left to rot, then anyone may eat of it.
