When should the Masbooq rise to complete his missed raka'ts?
Answer
The Masbooq (Late-comer) should not make Salaam with the Imaam. The moment the Imaam makes his second Salaam, he should rise to complete his Salaat. When the Imaam begins the second Salaam, the Masbooq will know that there is no Sajdah Sahw. He should only join the Imaam in making Sajdah Sahw, but without making Salaam.
