Is it permissible to throw bones in the dirt bin?

Answer

It is permissible to throw bones in the bin. It is better to leave the bones somewhere outside for dogs. Also, according to the Hadith, bones are food for the jinn. A passing jinn may eat the bones. Recite Bismillaah when putting the bones outside.
