Question
After ghusl if I go to a place more than 77 km. from Durban, then return to Durban the same day or the next day, will I be a musaafir or muqeem in Durban?
Answer
When returning to Durban, and if it is not the intention to stay 15 days, you will be a musaafir. Qasr Namaaz should be performed in Durban in this case.
