If a late-comer finds the Imaam in Ruku', should he join immediately in the Ruku'?
Answer
No, one should first observe Qiyaam. Stand for the duration of at least one Subhaanallaah, then go into Ruku'. If in this duration the Imaam emerges from Ruku', then the latecomer (Masbooq) has lost the raka't.
