Question
A Shaafi' musaafir joined the Jamaat Salaat. After two raka'ts he completed his Salaat and left. Is this correct?
Answer
If the Shaafi' musaafir joins the jamaat in which the Imaam is a Muqeem, then he (the Shaafi' musaafir) has to compulsorily perform four raka'ts. He may not perform two raka'ts.
