Advertising the Tabligh Jamaat Ijtima, a newspaper has printed in the headline, the name of Allah (in Arabic). This is a kuffaar paper which will be used for even filth. Is this permissible?
Answer
If Muslims were responsible for the insertion of Allah's Name in the paper, then they are guilty of a terrible haraam act. The newspaper will most certainly be used for trash and filth purposes. If Muslims were responsible for the insertion of Allah's Name, then it is indeed regrettable and lamentable.
