Which are the terms of the Shariah which impose on us the obligation of paying any kind of government tax? Secondly which are the beneficial services which our government provides? We shall appreciate it if the Mufti will inform us of just one single beneficial service provided by our government which obligates us in terms of the Shariah to pay tax as a Shar'i duty. On receiving a response, we shall dilate further, Insha-Allah. We are not advocating tax evasion. We are merely stating the position of the Shariah.
