Question
Is it permissible to hire out posh cars for a matric farewell function? A Mufti says that it is permissible.
Answer
How can it ever be permissible to hire out 'posh' cars for a zina function – a matric farewell haraam function. Is this 'mufti' then so stupid as to be unaware of what takes place at these haraam functions?
