Is it necessary to perform Tahyatul Musjid Salaat when entering a Jamaat Khaanah (not a Musjid)?

Tahyatul Musjid does not apply to a Jamaat Khaanah. But this does not mean that it is not permissible to perform Nafl Namaaz on entering a Jamaat Khaanah. But it will not be the Masnoon Tahyatul Musjid which applies to only a proper Musjid – a place which has been declared to be a Musjid.
