Should one recite Bismillah before beginning a Surah after Surah Faatihah in Salaat?

It is permissible to recite Bismillah after Surah Faatihah when beginning a new Surah during Salaat. While according to the Hanafi Math-hab it is permissible, and this is the norm, according to the Shaafi' Math-hab it is Sunnah. Whenever it is possible to incorporate the teachings of the other Math-habs without violating one's own Math-hab, then it is meritorious to do so.
