Please comment on the Loud Zikr article published by Khaanqah Zakariyyah. Is it permissible?
Answer
We have explained this in detail in our book, Thikr in the Mirror of the Sunnah. The Thikr Jahri (audible thikr) of the Khaanqahs of the Akaabir does not justify the bid'ah which is being perpetrated today in the public Musaajid. Khanqah acts are private practices, not Sunnah practices.
