When the newborn babies hair is shaved, how much Sadqah should be given?
Answer
The weight of the baby's hair in either gold or silver, if affordable, should be given as Sadqah to the poor. The weight is extremely little, hence in this age, the value of the gold or silver may be given in either cash or kind.
