Is it permissible for a husband to prevent his wife from going to the Musjid for Taraaweeh?

Yes, it is incumbent for him to prevent her from going to the Musjid. It is not permissible for a woman to perform Taraaweeh or any other Namaaz at the Musjid. She has to perform at home. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that the best Salaat of a woman is her Salaat performed in the remotest corner of her home.
