What if Muslim staff is not allowed to take the day off on Eid? Is it permissible to work on Eid days?
Answer
If they are not allowed off on Eid Day, then at least they should be present for the Eid Salaat. It is permissible to work on Eid Days. However, it is best for Muslim employers to give their Muslim staff off on the Day of Eid.
