A person in janaabat slaughters an animal. Is the meat halaal?
Answer
The thabah will be valid, but it will be sinful to unnecessarily delay ghusl and to engage in thabah in the state of Janaabat without valid reason. Furthermore, for a person of Taqwa such meat is not Tayyib.
