Are all the articles in Mufti Taqi's book on finance compliant with the Shariah?

There are issues in conflict with the Shariah in Mufti Taqi's book, Introduction To Islamic Finance. We have already written in refutation of his permissibility of penalty for late-payment. His views on shares too are incorrect. We did not read the whole book. We are sure that there will be a number of issues which are in conflict with the Shariah. It is known that Mufti Taqi Sahib inclines towards liberalism in financial issues.
