An aalim and an aalimah say that Islamic punishment for zina, etc. can be executed even in a non-Muslim country.
Answer
Islamic punishments cannot be executed in a non-Muslim country nor in a Muslim country which is not governed by the Shariah. The 'aalim' and 'aalimah' who said that Shariah punishments can be meted out in a non-Muslim country are ignoramuses.
