Question
In my cell there is no water for ghusl nor any place for making ghusl. What should I do regarding Fajr Salaat when I am in need of a Waajib ghusl?
Answer
In your circumstances, clean off the impurity, then make Tayammum and perform Salaat on time. Then at the first available opportunity take ghusl (bath) and repeat the Salaat.
